Mother Nature’s hidden gem ensures no bad angles for pictures, with the amazing lighting for evening weddings as the sun always sets across the river behind the venue.

The Avon View provides extra charm by providing several custom artistic pieces of furniture and structures to bring class and unique photos of your perfect day.

Additionally, we will share the bohemian macrame (7 feet wide) you may use for your ceremony or photo opportunities at your event (no fee).

The reception package includes 60-inch round tables and white ladder-back chairs to accommodate 75 people (as displayed in the stock photo).

We proudly offer a sweetheart table with throne chairs for the bride and groom to enjoy an intimate meal on their magical day.

Clients may choose to have a reception in a white tent with lighting and ambiance, or open-air on the beach and under the stars. Reception layouts can be compact and refined, spread out and relaxed, or somewhere in between.

Clients that require a large wedding will rent the appropriate number of tables and chairs necessary to accommodate their guest list. Currently, the maximum recommended headcount is 200, only due to parking. However, if your guest list is larger, we are open to collaborating with you to accommodate additional parking options.

With SO MUCH space we spread things out! You have options of having an open-air layout or enjoy the evening under a canopy. We recommend having the bar and cocktail area a short distance from the reception to maximize efficiency and keep your reception perfect until dinnertime.

The bar is a unique custom piece from Charles Phillips Antiques and features hand carved wood panels reclaimed from French colonies, wrought iron accents and authentic shutter doors. It is over seven feet long, a beautiful natural wood color and gorgeous in photos.

You have the option of a wood backdrop behind the bar, to hang custom signs or décor. If you like, we will share our white neon “Cheers” bar sign with you for your event! The Avon View bar areas feature pendant lights over the bar(s), cafe lights for ambiance, and bar basics such as shelves for bar supplies, an ice cart station, and a small sink.

The bar between the water and the reception provides access to multiple casual seating areas for guests to lounge. We provide several waterside Adirondack chairs surrounding a propane firepit. Additionally, we provide two sets of wicker furniture for optional casual vignette seating (client's choice of seating arrangement and placement) that clients can customize with their wedding colors and theme.
