A husband and wife business, the Avon View is rooted in eternal love. Originally from Wisconsin, we moved to Brewton Alabama, saw the potential for bringing this beautiful venue to life, and fell in love with the area. We aim to bring your vision to life and support you at every step of the way.
Heather, Co-founder
Heather is known for her kind presence, thoughtful coordination, and creative eye. With a natural ability to bring order and calm to busy moments, she ensures every detail is handled with care and intention. Her compassionate approach helps couples feel supported and understood throughout the planning process, while her creativity adds a sense of beauty and cohesion to each celebration. Growing up in a small town in Wisconsin shaped Heather’s down-to-earth nature and strong sense of community - values she brings into her work every day. She believes meaningful moments are created through connection, trust, and genuine hospitality.
John, Co-founder
John is recognized for his resourceful mindset, steady presence, and dry wit. With a background in foundry work, he brings a deep respect for craftsmanship, problem-solving, and the value of hard work into everything he does. John has a natural ability to stay collected under pressure, often serving as a grounding force behind the scenes when things get busy. His practical approach and sharp sense of humor help put people at ease while ensuring each event runs smoothly. John believes that care, consistency, and showing up fully are what turn meaningful moments into lasting memories.
